Renesas usb 3.0 driver windows 7 descarga de 64 bits (2020)

Tengo un hp envy 15 3247 nr con windows 10 64 bits. Resulta ser que mi usb 3 no lee a la velocidad correcta. Solo funciona usb 2. La cuestion es que desinstalo el driver que me figura instalardo como usb 3 y al iniciar la maquina de nuevo, automaticamente me instala uno por defecto y funciona correctamente, pero al apagar la computadora y volver a iniciar vuelve a no funcionar el usb 3.
